Who We Are

The company was founded by two financial professionals with over 20 years of international experience in audit, transactions services, financial reporting and tax

Nonna is a financial professional with experience in financial reporting, analysis and fund administration. She has worked for some of the largest financial institutions in the United States, handling reporting of multi-billion dollar portfolios in different states. She has expertise with US GAAP, STAT, IFRS and tax reporting. She speaks Russian, English and French and has worked in the United States, Europe and Russia.

Nicolas is French Chartered Accountant with audit and consulting experience at Top 5 European CPA firm, in New York City and Paris. His professional experience includes over 150 Due diligence/audit engagements across Europe and Americas, with clients ranging from listed companies to small firms, and across numerous industries such as insurance, banking, industrial and transportation. He speaks English and French.
